I understand that all lessons run to school club term times.
I understand all scheduled lessons for each term are to be paid for in advance at the start of the term, and any holidays or absences that occur within term times are non-refundable. Late payments will incur a 10% late payment fee if not paid within 7 days of the due date. If after this payment is still not received, then a child’s place in the club will be revoked, and payment with any late fees incurred will still be due for the term as the place has been allocated.
I understand that once my child is enrolled in a Little Voices Club, the place allocated for the term is non-refundable and payment needs to be made in full for the term.
I understand that Little Voices tutors have permission to use their mobile phones in the class room to access their registers and emergency contacts.
